  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 100g feta cheese, cubed

  • Salt, pepper, oregano

Preparation:

  1. Place tomatoes, cucumber, and onion in a bowl.
  2. Add olives and crumble or add cubes of feta on top.
  3. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
  5. Mix gently and serve chilled.

Ingredients:

  • 1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • Parmesan shavings

Preparation:

  1. Place lettuce in a large bowl.
  2. Add the grilled chicken slices.
  3. Top with Parmesan and croutons.
  4. Drizzle Caesar dressing over the top.
