Classic American Pancakes

Description:
Soft, fluffy, all-American pancakes served with melted butter and maple syrup.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  2. In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, and melted butter.

  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.

  4. Heat a greased pan over medium heat.

  5. Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake.

  6. Cook until bubbles form, flip, and cook the other side.

  7. Serve with maple syrup.


Soft Scrambled Eggs

Description:
Creamy, soft, restaurant-style scrambled eggs — simple and delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • Salt & pepper

  • Optional: splash of milk or cream

Preparation:

  1. Crack eggs into a bowl and whisk.

  2. Melt butter in a nonstick pan on low heat.

  3. Pour the eggs in and stir gently.

  4. When they start to set, remove from heat and keep stirring.

  5. Season and serve.


Bacon & Eggs

Description:
The most iconic American breakfast ever — crispy bacon with sunny-side-up eggs.

Ingredients:

  • 3–4 strips bacon

  • 2 eggs

  • Salt & pepper

Preparation:

  1. Cook bacon in a pan until crispy, remove and drain.

  2. Use the rendered bacon fat to cook the eggs sunny-side-up.

  3. Season and serve with toast.


          New York Bagel with Cream Cheese

Description:
Classic East Coast breakfast — dense, chewy bagel spread with rich cream cheese.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bagel (plain or sesame)

  • 2–3 tbsp cream cheese

Preparation:

  1. Slice the bagel and toast it.

  2. Spread cream cheese generously.

  3. Optional: add smoked salmon or tomatoes.


French Toast

Description:
Golden, sweet slices of bread soaked in egg mixture and fried — soft inside, crispy outside.

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices brioche or sandwich bread

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • Butter for cooking

Preparation:

  1. Mix egg, milk, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.

  2. Dip bread slices into the mixture.

  3. Melt butter in a pan and fry until golden on both sides.

  4. Serve with syrup or fruit.


American Waffles

Description:
Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside — served with butter, fruit, or syrup.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • 1 egg

  • 1 cup milk

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Preparation:

  1. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Whisk milk, egg, and butter in a second bowl.

  3. Mix both together gently.

  4. Pour into a preheated waffle maker.

  5. Cook until golden and crisp.


Breakfast Burrito

Description:
A filling Tex-Mex breakfast wrap with eggs, cheese, and sausage or bacon.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large tortilla

  • 2 scrambled eggs

  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese

  • Cooked sausage or bacon

  • Optional: salsa or avocado

Preparation:

  1. Cook the eggs and meat.

  2. Warm the tortilla.

  3. Add eggs, cheese, and meat.

  4. Add salsa/avocado and roll into a burrito.

  5. Toast lightly on a pan to seal.


Glazed Donuts

Description:
Soft fried donuts coated in shiny vanilla glaze — a true American bakery classic.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1 tbsp yeast

  • Oil for frying

  • For glaze: powdered sugar + milk + vanilla

Preparation:

  1. Mix dough ingredients, knead, let rise 1 hour.

  2. Roll out dough and cut donut shapes.

  3. Fry until golden.

  4. Dip warm donuts in glaze.


Denver Omelette

Description:
A famous American omelette filled with ham, bell peppers, and onions.

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/4 cup diced ham

  • 2 tbsp diced onions

  • 2 tbsp diced bell peppers

  • 2 tbsp cheese

  • Salt & pepper

Preparation:

  1. Cook onions, peppers, and ham in a pan.

  2. Whisk eggs and pour over the mixture.

  3. Cook until set, add cheese, fold, and serve.

Description:

Ingredients:

  • 1 English muffin

  • 1 egg

  • 1 slice cheddar

  • 2 strips bacon
